I called the owner, Jill, one day prior to my sister's birthday. I asked if Jill could call my sister so she'd have a head's up for the delivery time. Jill did just that and thoughtfully texted my back saying the "Happy" floral arrangement was delivered right into the hand's of my sister. She was thrilled! Floral arrangement looked exactly as pictured. They followed up with a photo of what was being sent and went the extra step to text the recipient who wasn't home at the time (I had asked it to be left at door). This is my second time ordering a gift from Naples Gift Baskets & Floral and won't the last!
