I was ordering from someone else and was frustrated they couldn't do next day delivery. I searched again and found Naples Gift Baskets and Florals. Not only did they deliver the next day, they didn't upcharge for that. They delivered on-time and sent me a picture of it! I didn't have to ask the recipients for one. The basket looked better than I expected. It is so refreshing to have a business "over-deliver" and not "over-charge". I will definitely be using this Naples Gift Baskets and Florals again and again. My best friend just built a beautiful home in Naples, so I wanted to send a congratulatory gift basket. Since I live in CT, I searched Yelp for recommendations. Not only was Jill, the business owner, lovely and very easy to work with, she happily added extra touches to the basket to make it very personal. Absolutely gorgeous flower arrangement and basket assortment sent. They called me in advance to ensure a smooth delivery due to gated community. What I found really touching was an exquisite hand-written note with my words was also included. I will never use another florist in the Naples area!
