Ordered a gift basket for a dear friend who lost her mom. Jill contacted me as she had to sub an item since one that was listed on the website wasn't available. She gave me a few options which was very considerate instead of just subbing one. She ensured the basket would be delivered and texted me a pic of the actual basket. My friend was very appreciative. Will def shop here again for gift baskets and flowers.
